Examination Application Procedure
Final examinations shall be conducted by the Testing & Evaluation Division of the Department of Technical Education & Training. Examinations shall be held as following,

● National Certificate for Accounting Technicians

● National Certificate in Engineering Craft Practice (Gas & Arc Welder)
● National Certificate in Engineering Craft Practice (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic)

INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS
Internal Examinations shall be conducted by the College of Technology for cluster colleges as per the instructions being issued by the Director (Testing & Evaluation) of the Department of Technical Education & Training.

-National Certificate for Accounting Technicians- Semester I
COURSES FOR INTERNAL EXAMINATIONS ON NOVEMBER / DECEMBER
-National Certificate in Engineering Craft Practice (Electronics) – 1st year
-National Certificate in Engineering Craft Practice (Motor Vehicle Mechanic) -1st year
OJT
After completing the course and the final examination all full time students (except English courses) will be forwarded for a 6-month on the job training period. The placement for the training places have given by NAITA.
NVQ ASSESSMENTS
For qualified for the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), students have to sat for assessments which are coordinated by the College of Technology as per the directions and under the supervision of the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC). Licensed assessors of TVEC conducted those assessments.
NVQ Level 5 Written Examinations shall be conducted by the Testing & Evaluation Division of the Department of Technical Education & Training.
